Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, YourItr functions as a Data Fiduciary. We process your personal and financial data solely to prepare, review, verify, and file your Income Tax Return (ITR) with the Income Tax Department of India.

3Rights of Data Principals (Sections 11-14)
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act 2023, you retain absolute ownership over your personal information and possess the following legal rights:
Right to Access Information
You have the right to request a complete summary of your personal data processed by us and the identities of all Data Processors who had access.
Right to Correction & Erasure
You may request the correction of inaccurate data or the complete erasure of your personal data when processing is no longer required for statutory tax filing.
Right to Nominate
You have the right to nominate any individual who shall, in the event of death or incapacity, exercise your data protection rights.
Right of Grievance Redressal
You may register data grievances directly with our Data Protection Officer, guaranteed to be acknowledged within 24 hours.
